Q: How will I know if you have recovered my data?

A: Our uniquely designed software IntegriCheck will be emailed to you before any recovery payment, thus allowing you to make an informed decision to proceed or not

Q: How long does the data recovery process take?

A: Our standard service 5-7 days, for a faster recovery turnaround scale the priority service is 2-3 days, and for mission critical time sensitive RAID or server data loss our emergency data recovery offers 24 hour or same day recovery

Q: Why is my hard drive making a clicking noise?

A: A clicking hard drive may be caused from a failed HSA (Head Stack Assembly) this component reads and writes the data directly to the disk surface the clicking HDD will require clean room work to repair this issue, our engineers routinely recover data from such failures

Q: I have a blue screen of death can my data be recovered?

A: The blue screen of death is caused by many factors, usually the operating system is corrupt a full recovery is likely

Q: Should I open or try and recover the data myself?

A: Absolutely not! to open any HDD in non clean room conditions will seriously damage your media as will any DIY attempts of data recovery

Q: Do you recover Mac data?

A: Yes we do, in fact all operating systems are recovered

Q: Can all data be recovered?

A: Unfortunately there are some rare types of failure for which recovery is impossible
