A home user from Warwick phoned the labs in a distraught state after realizing that their Seagate hard drive was not detecting in the BIOS and failing to boot, a free courier collection was arranged to ship the faulty hard drive back to the labs for diagnosis.

Following the approval by the client of a folder and file listing of recovered data and the approval of the file listing the data was copied to several dual layer DVD's a total of 23GB was copied to the new media this was comprised of 10,000's of family photos and home movies some of which had been taken by a professional photographer.
