Flash NAND devices such as pen drives which are no longer detected by the computer system or have been snapped at the USB connection point can recovered in house, other types of USB media type failures include the error message that the pen drive requires formatting, please do not format the device simply send the backup device to our labs for a free diagnosis.

Clicking and noisy hard drives are also recovered in house utilising our class 10 clean room this is where hard drive media is rebuilt.
